With this in mind, all materials and memberships are crafted with deep transformation, critical self-introspection, and radical self-accountability with an emphasis on consistent effort and follow-through execution.

Email Course Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds.
Upon purchase you receive both access to the email course as well as a copy of each lesson delivered to your personal email address. Therefore, there is no way to retroactively limit your access to the course content.
As such, all purchases are final.
Membership Refunds
While the digital nature of the deliverable prevents the processing of refunds, you are able to cancel your subscription at any time.
Specifically, you pay in advance for access for the month (or year, for discounted annual plans). If you cancel, you continue to have access to the membership content and portal (along with any scheduled live events) until the end of your current billing period.
To further clarify, if you pay on the 25th of every month and cancel your monthly subscription on the 15th, you will still retain access until the 25th wherein your payments and access will then cease.
Likewise, if you pay in April for an annual subscription and cancel in October of that same year, you will still retain access until the following April wherein your annual payment will not renew and your payments and access will then cease.
